SYNTHETIC USER TESTING
Runs AI-simulated respondents through studies, questions and product flows before testing with people. Open alpha with free and paid plans.
Fiuto is a user research platform built by Dario Codipietro and operated by Fiuto Ltd, registered in England and Wales. It combines study creation, simulated respondents, research with people and analysis. Public signups opened on 27 July 2026, and the company describes the product as an open alpha.
A run sends up to five AI-simulated respondents through a study before it is shared with people. Each respondent has a profile and answers the study's questions in sequence. The results show answers for each block, helping reveal unclear wording, missing response options, screening problems and broken routes through the study. Prototype and website tasks can also be included.
Up to two slots in a run can be assigned to AI specialists covering conversion, usability, copy or search visibility. These reviews examine the product or page being tested. Fiuto reports the specialist's assessment separately from the simulated respondents' answers, so the two types of output can be read separately.
Fiuto also hosts studies answered by real people, recruited through Prolific or reached through a client's own study link. The company provides a route from a completed AI run to launching the study with people. Simulated runs are intended as an early check of a study and product flow; they do not establish how common a preference is in a real population.

The Free plan includes 600 AI credits each month, one live study and ten responses per study. Each AI respondent or specialist uses 120 credits. Drafting, analysis and presentation generation have separate credit costs. Monthly subscriptions are USD 39 for Core and USD 89 for Pro, with lower monthly equivalents when billed annually. Recruitment of human participants is charged separately.
Results can be exported as CSV or JSON, and API and MCP access are listed on every plan. Core adds collaboration with editors; Pro adds higher study and credit allowances. Account creation is available from the company website. The current pricing page gives the plan limits and credit charges.
