Hiasynth raises angel funding ahead of synthetic population launch

Hiasynth announced an angel round on 2 September 2026, naming Further Than Capital as lead investor and saying three additional angel investors participated. The company did not disclose the amount raised, the investors’ individual contributions, or a valuation. The announcement says the capital will support the product launch and further development before a planned seed round. It does not say how much capital remains available or when a seed round will take place.

The timing puts the financing alongside Hiasynth’s move from development toward a public product. On 24 September, the company announced the launch of Humanity v2.1, a synthetic population model accessed by AI clients through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Hiasynth describes the product as a way to explore audiences using a modeled population. Those descriptions are company claims; the launch notice does not provide independent evidence of research accuracy or commercial adoption.

Hiasynth’s pricing page lists a Standard subscription at €28 per month, including 300 credits. That is a published customer price, not a measure of sales. Without customer counts, conversion, usage, discounts, churn, or accounting data, the plan price cannot establish monthly recurring revenue (MRR) or annual recurring revenue (ARR). Nor does a listed price show how much of the financing has been spent or whether the company is profitable.

Any future MRR or ARR figure should include its reporting period and calculation basis. Discounts, churn, annual prepayments, and one-off fees can affect the figures; profitability also depends on which costs are included.

For now, the public financial picture is limited to the existence and stated purpose of an angel round. Hiasynth has not announced an amount raised, MRR, ARR, or profitability figures. Those gaps matter when comparing early-stage companies: a funding headline describes capital raised, while recurring revenue and profit describe different parts of operating performance. Until Hiasynth reports those measures, they should be treated as undisclosed rather than inferred from its subscription price or product launch.
