Hiasynth announced an angel round on 2 September 2026. It named Further Than Capital as lead investor and said three other angel investors took part. The company did not disclose the total raised, each investor’s contribution or a valuation. It said the funding will support the product launch and further development before a planned seed round. The announcement gives no date or target amount for that round.

On 24 September, Hiasynth announced Humanity v2.1, a synthetic population model that AI clients can access through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The company says users can explore audiences with the model. The launch notice does not report customer numbers, paid deployments or independent tests of research accuracy.

Hiasynth’s pricing page lists a Standard plan at €28 per month with 300 credits. That is the listed price for one plan. It does not show how many customers pay, what discounts they receive or how often they use the product. Those details are needed to calculate monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR). A price page alone cannot establish either figure.

Revenue and profit also require different information. MRR and ARR describe recurring subscription income over a stated period. Profit depends on income and costs for that period. Hiasynth has not disclosed MRR, ARR or profitability. It has also not said how much of the funding has been spent. These figures remain undisclosed in the company’s public materials.

Current public disclosures name the lead investor, product launch and €28 monthly plan. They do not disclose the round size, customer count, MRR, ARR or profit. Each figure measures a different part of the business. Funding is capital raised; the subscription price is the listed price for customers; MRR and ARR measure recurring income; profit depends on income and costs over a stated period. Any revenue figure should include its reporting period and calculation basis.
