Bodhium Labs announced a $3.5 million pre-seed round on 30 September 2026 and said it had passed $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). The company raised the round earlier in the year, so the announcement date does not mark when the money arrived. It did not disclose the closing date or valuation.
Streamlined Ventures and Long Journey Ventures co-led the round. Bodhium was founded by Kartik Hosanagar, Krishna Srinivasan and Phalgun Kompalli, whose backgrounds span AI research, marketing technology and company building. It says it emerged from stealth in August and has signed several Fortune 500 clients. The announcement does not identify every customer or give a customer count.
The business develops software for testing marketing decisions before content is published. Its stated approach uses language-model simulations to compare how people and AI systems might respond to different content and tactics. This brings audience simulation into marketing planning, although the public materials describe a broader marketing product rather than a conventional survey panel.
Bodhium's current website focuses on AI visibility: how a brand appears in answers from AI search tools and assistants. It offers a product for testing and improving that presence, with access through a company demo. The website also publishes research and customer case studies about AI discovery. Visibility in an AI answer and a person's response to a product are different outcomes; evidence for one does not establish the other.
The reported ARR is a measure of recurring revenue at an annual rate. It does not, by itself, show how much cash the business has collected or whether it is profitable. Bodhium has not published the calculation behind the figure, a separate monthly recurring revenue (MRR) figure or a profit figure in this announcement. The funding amount, customer statements and ARR remain company disclosures.
It is not clear how much of the reported ARR comes from AI visibility work, other simulations or services. The release gives no revenue split or retention figures. Those details would help show whether recurring customers are paying for synthetic human-audience research, AI search optimization or a mix of both.
