Vectorial announced a $3 million seed round on 20 October 2026. The company named backers including Smilegate, SenseAI Ventures, Berkeley SkyDeck and Dent Capital. It plans to expand its behavioral datasets through data partnerships and develop the next version of SAPIENS, its model for simulating human behavior. The announcement did not give a closing date or valuation.
The software is designed for teams building digital products and customer experiences. They define an audience, present a product journey, campaign or interface, and examine simulated responses before making a change available to customers. This gives the funding a specific product context: research that can be repeated during development, rather than a single study commissioned at the end.
Vectorial describes audiences built from behavioral information, panel data, observed choices and customer records. Teams can also bring their own surveys, segment profiles, support transcripts and product analytics. Its website says an earlier client study can be held back to check whether a fitted audience reproduces observed results before the model is used for a new question.
The company is led by co-founders Taranveer Singh, its CEO; Jasmine Kaur, Chief Business Officer; and Rahul Garg, Chief Product Officer. Its current website offers demo booking and a waitlist. The funding announcement describes customer use, but it does not give a public subscription tariff or establish that any visitor can immediately open a self-service account.
Vectorial publishes company-reported comparisons for its models. Those comparisons concern particular tasks and scoring methods. Matching the most popular opinion, reproducing an earlier study and predicting how someone will use a product are different tests. Funding does not resolve those differences or establish performance for every audience. A company's own research data and the experience being tested remain important parts of a simulation.
The $3 million is investment capital, not a revenue figure. Vectorial did not disclose monthly recurring revenue (MRR), annual recurring revenue (ARR), profitability or a revenue breakdown in the announcement. Named customers and simulation counts do not provide those financial measures. The disclosed financing therefore establishes the round's announced size and intended use, while the company's recurring income and costs remain undisclosed.
