Users start with a website, an idea or a research brief. InstaSights proposes an audience and questionnaire that can be reviewed and edited before the study runs. A standard study includes up to ten questions and 250 model-generated responses. Its published example uses single-choice, ranking and multiple-choice questions, alongside qualification and demographic fields.

InstaSights identifies Simsurveys as its model supplier. Its methodology describes models trained on consumer survey responses, with the study brief, audience and questions providing context for the generated answers. New participants are not recruited to answer each study. The results describe modeled attitudes, preferences and purchase intentions; actual sales, product use and campaign performance are measured through observed activity.

The service provides an executive summary, results for each question and comparisons across selected audience groups, with Excel and CSV downloads. Its public oat-latte naming example, completed on 15 October 2026, includes the questionnaire, overall findings, age and gender comparisons, and all 250 simulated response rows. The downloadable workbook contains separate summary, question-results, comparison, individual-response and question-guide sheets. This example demonstrates the available outputs; it is not a comparison against a human naming survey.

A single study is listed at USD 99 with no subscription required. Starter costs USD 249 per month for three studies, and Professional costs USD 699 per month for ten. Each standard study includes 250 responses and up to ten questions; Enterprise volume is priced separately. A separately purchased single-study credit does not expire. Monthly plan credits replenish each month, and unused credits do not roll over. Subscriptions renew until canceled, with access continuing through the paid period after cancellation.
The pricing page describes a separate USD 3 AI drafting allowance for preparing the brief, audience and questionnaire. Drafting pauses when that allowance runs out; the page says a top-up is not charged automatically. Study purchases and subscription credits cover running studies rather than unlimited drafting. Product documentation and the completed example are public, while study setup, purchases and saved results are handled through the research application.
